NAMING THE TIME
Book four in the Amunet’s Fables Series of books will be released on Wednesday 21st June 2017, also known as the Sun of The North by the Dogons of Mali West Africa. They are referring to the highest position in the sky that the Sun will reach during the year. This day is also known as the June Solstice as described by the Latin term Sol, meaning Sun and Sistere meaning Stand Still. Taken together this term refers to the Sun appearing to stand still twice a year; in June after the longest day of the year, when it changes direction and the days become shorter and in December after the shortest day of the year, when the Sun again changes direction and the days become longer.
SLOW DOWN OR INTENSIFY YOUR EFFORTS IN THE SUMMER?
It is ironic that the Summer months are the busiest for the guardians of our sustenance also called farmers, whilst the general population look upon this time as a time to slow down. Indeed it is import to relax and the appearance of the Sun shining brighter and longer in the heavens does remind us to slow down. However this should also be seen as an important time to tend to our projects, which were started during the creative phase of the Winter months, which we added to during the Spring by preparing the environment to receive our gifts. The Summer months should therefore be seen as a time to cultivate the best results possible ready for the harvest during the Autumn.
WHAT LEGACY WILL YOU LEAVE BEHIND?
The title of book four in the Amunet’s Fables Series of books ‘ The Door is Closing“, is a reminder to work hard to shape your reality before it’s too late. Late in the sense of returning to the Ancestral Realms, without having achieved your goals, without even attempting to discover what your destiny is.
