The Art of Living has been dealt with by commentators across space and time and by all cultures. However, the problem of self ownership does not emerge in isolation of external structures and cultural influences. This episode of the Orange Feather Podcast Series, explores some questions in relation to how we can embrace life, as a creative process, using the Friedrich Nietzsche Test and framed within an African Indigenous Knowledge perspective.

The phrase you only have one life is an important idea to grapple with: one of my kindred community members, always asks “whats new and different”?
